Welcome to My Wavelength. By accessing or using the My Wavelength website, web app, or Android app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who Can Use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use My Wavelength. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Users in the EU/EEA must be at least 16 (or the applicable local minimum digital age).
2. Your Account & Link
You can create and receive a MyWaveLink without registering an account. Where applicable, you are responsible for keeping your link private if you intend it to be private. You may pause, regenerate, or delete your link at any time within the app.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send or solicit harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse
- Distribute sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting individuals
- Share personal information about others (doxxing)
- Send spam, scams, phishing attempts, malware, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to deanonymise senders or bypass our safety systems
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without our prior written permission
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
4. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to filter, block, hide, or remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Repeat violators may be banned at the device, fingerprint, or account level. Reports are reviewed by our team and we may share aggregated, non-identifying enforcement statistics.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of messages you send and receive. By using the Service, you grant My Wavelength a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, and display that content as required to operate the Service. You are responsible for content you send. Messages you receive remain anonymous; we will not deanonymise senders except as required by law.
6. Privacy
Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on standard third-party providers for hosting, bot protection, and anonymised analytics. Your interaction with those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, as listed in our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Wavelength, its affiliates, and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of your use of the Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
